05th January 2021

Dear Parents,

Greetings of Peace and Joy!

We hope and pray that you and your families are well and are having a restful winter break. We wish you a very happy New Year full of God’s blessings, good health, peace and joy. May our world and country be rid of this pandemic that has brought so much suffering and sorrow.

As per Government direction, schools must remain closed till January 24th, 2021 for Classes Nursery to Eight due to the worsening situation of Corona Virus in the country. Kindly take note of the following.

·    Parents are requested to send the homework copies of their children to school in proper transparent bags with their names, class and sections mentioned clearly on it, to be checked by the teachers. The homework of the students should reach the school within three days i.e from 6thto 8thJanuary 2021 during Office Transaction hours (08:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.) Please note that no work should be submitted after the mentioned dates.

·     You will be able to collect the checked work on Monday and Tuesday 11th and 12th January.

·      The Online classes will resume from the 11th January following the same time-table. We request you to help your children to attend the Online classes regularly.

·    Nursery and Kindergarten classes will receive worksheets on a weekly basis as before.

                ·        As per Government’s instructions, we will begin school on 25th January. The pupils will come to school on alternative days following the groups and days already allotted to them.

        ·     We regret to say that many parents have not been regular in paying the fee of the children. It is creating a huge financial difficulty for us to pay the salaries of our staff who are working hard to educate your children. Please pay your child/children’s accumulated fee of the months that are not paid, as it enables us to pay the salaries to the staff.

Your support and cooperation is highly appreciated. May God always bless you and keep you safe, healthy and protected.

Sincerely,

Sr. Catherine Maria, RJM
